I take pictures so you can see the item you are buying. Used items sold at a discount are not perfect. I try to highlight and describe defects as I see them. Good condition on game disks CD's, and DVD's. means they may be scratched or scuffed but still play as designed. Some sealed items may have minor tears in the shrink wrap. CD's and Cassette tapes shipped in letter mail occasionally may arrive with a cracked case. I take precautions to ship items as protected as possible within the 2 cm width limit.
