Sent through economy service (unless another method chosen) within 1 working day of payment received. Post to UK main land only. For anywhere else including Channel islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland & rest of the world, please do contact us via email to make arrangements & check the costs.

Items are packed securely and normally sent within 24 hours from confirmation of payment Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Items are sent with targeted delivery between 1 - 2 days. If we don't hear from you about non receipt of item within 7 days of ordering the item, we'd assume it delivered. Non receipt claims won't be admissible after 7 days of order placed. Post to only to Paypal linked address. No PO Boxes.

Payment

Payment is to be made through Paypal within 2 days of purchase/auction end. Other payment methods may be considered. Please contact us beforehand. Non-receipt with 2 days of purchase will result in negative feedback unless explained.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if the item is faulty or totally not as described. Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Due to hygiene issues, usable/ fill-able items can only be returned if they have not been used unless faulty.
