You are bidding on (1) used 5AS4A electron tube, made in the USA.  These come from our very large inventory of rectifier tubes, assorted brands etc.  Picture is representative of one of the boxes of rectifier tubes; note the tube you receive may or may not be shown in the picture; most likely not given the thousands of tubes we have.  At this price point, we cannot accommodate brand or plate requests, sorry.  But you can be assured the tube you get will have been cleaned (as best we can without wiping off the tube glass markings, tested to be good and usable, and guaranteed to be as such; some tubes may have repaired keyways.  Tube will be either individually boxed in a generic tube box, or wrapped securely in a bubble wrap sheet and shipped in a shipping carton; WE DO NOT SHIP TUBES IN BUBBLE ENVELOPES IN AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE OURSELVES SHIPPING COSTS.  Stock up now for you gear.  These tubes are fully tested and are 100% guaranteed good usable tubes.  We have literally hundreds of thousands of tubes in our warehouse, so please continue to check our listings as we will be listing more electron tubes each week.  

All our tubes are tested and guaranteed by us; we only test tubes on one of our quality calibrated mutual conductance testers, NEVER on an emissions tester.  The testers we use are Phil Frakes's Bitmatic computerized Cardmatic testers from Tubesontheweb, the specific models are Western Electric KS-15874-L2's which were made for Western Electric by Hickok; we currently own two of these testers.  Our backup testers which we use occasionally are military TV-10D/U's.  For specialized tests, we employ one of our VTV Dual Triode Characterizers (for preamp tubes) as well as a Maxi-Matcher (for power tube matching).  Tubes are guaranteed for 90 days, refund or replacement our choice.
