Parts missing.  Very heavy.  Need a strong place to hang if that is the route you want to take.

Measures about 22" H x 14" W - it is a large lamp

Chain measures about 130'

Lamp shows crazing, chips, ceramic bumps, scratches, and the like.

It has lots of crazing.  

Chain is very worn, aged, and just not pretty.

There is a center part with a light also.  

It was difficult to get pics of it.
