SHIPPING DATES:

Please refer to the Expected Ship Date which is written in the item description of the item you plan to purchase, and not the estimated shipping date given at checkout.. Expected Ship Dates listed in the item description can change without notice by the publisher, this is if the book has not been printed yet or delayed by the publisher. If no Expected Ship Date is listed in the item description we reserve to ship as soon as when we can or are physically able to. If the book doesn't arrive in the time stated by eBay which does happen from time to time, we also reserve the right to change this arrival date as there are many factors involved in shipping. If you need a different postal service then offered please contact us and we will see what we can do, we are always working with our customers.

 

COMBINED SHIPPING:


We offer a Combined Shipping Discount per order added in cart. When you can combine your items in a cart to purchase on eBay you are combining it into one shipment. You will find that we sell many items that are on hand as well as pre-order items please check the listing item descriptions prior to purchase to verify these pre-order items and the expected ship dates. If you place an order in cart to be combined into one shipment, please be aware that your order will ship when we receive the final book on that order, please contact us through message center regarding any shipping concerns. Please don't place several orders and then request us to combine them for one shipment please do this prior to the purchase in eBay cart, sometimes we can make a change for our customers but many times we can't. Please contact us beforehand, we will always try our best to work with our customers.

 QUALITY PRODUCT ASSURANCE & ITEM INVENTORY:

We do our best as a company to supply the highest quality of products available as supplied to us by the publishing company and our distributors. Conditions are a main concern to us but there is sometimes quality control out our control with items received to us from the publishing company and our distributors. We try our best to work these out with these companies. Items also sometime have imperfections and defects from storage or shipping wear received from these companies. Please ask about condition of any item of concern you have prior to purchase as for these imperfections may be apparent in your item of purchase and is not considered damage goods. Inventory at time of purchase may have an issue with availability at the moment this rarely happens but can be caused from many different but not limited to situations such as being misplaced or lost in our warehouse, or on back order, again these occurrences rarely happen but can. If there is an issue with an item at the time, we will contact you within a few days regarding this and let you know what we can do and accommodate the situation with you. We try our best to get the item you ordered. Also, sometimes on certain items allocations by the publisher may occur and effect our inventory totals, or an item might get cancelled prior to release by the publisher for whatever reason they give.
