Returns: A 20% restocking fee will be added at the buyer’s cost. All returns must be completed within 30 or 60 days from the date of delivery stated in the listing. 

Items must be returned in the EXACT condition in which they are seen in the photos.  Upon returning the item, we will inspect them thoroughly to ensure that the item has remained sealed, unopened, unused, not damaged, unaltered with seal &/or tags still attached if applicable, and not tampered with in order to complete the return process.

All items are thoroughly photographed and recorded on video prior to being shipped and also when they are in the process of being packed and ready to be shipped.
