This is a winter wonderland Minnie Mouse shaped ID badge holder with snowflake design. Blue and white color.

3 inches at the widest (ears) and 5 inches in length from top of Minnie's ears to the bottom of the beading.  Minnie resin is just over 2.5 inches from top to bottom.
