Back of CD has some minor surface scratches but I have tested the whole soundtrack & there is no skipping, front of CD is in good condition.

Inner leaflet is in fair condition, has a small tear on the back of it, no marks or writing though & you are able to easily take it out and read it all without it feeling like it will tear.
