29-082 Gorgeous flare skirt is definitely a must-have. There is elastic in the back of the waistband, and a zipper and split in the back. There is a tear in the lining and it has been priced accordingly. Please see pics. Comes from a pet and smoke-free environment. The color is showing off on this one. It is actually green. I have taken a couple of pics at the end that show the color in better lighting.
