We ship all orders using USPS or FedEx depending on the item ordered, terms of the listing, etc. Most orders ship within 1 Business Day, many shipping the same day they are ordered! Orders over $200 in value may be shipped signature required at our discretion to ensure the proper level of care and service is taken by the carrier. 

We offer a 30-day return policy for all new, unused, unopened products that are still in their original packaging. After the 30 day period, all new items are covered under the manufacturer?s warranty. Item must be returned in the same condition as received to be accepted for a return or refund. Used items are not accepted. Items in New/Unused condition may be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for any non-defective items.
