This is a really neat toy car made by Hot Wheels. It's a Pit Cruiser from the Hot Wheels Classics line (new, modern versions of classic Hot Wheels cars) made in 2004 for Series 1. It measures about 2.5 inches long.
This one is still sealed with some light wear from age and storage. There's a little scuffing on the plastic bubble (picture #4) and there's a little wear by the hook (picture #5). There's also an old price sticker on the front.
