*Beware of other seller selling fake copy DVD disc that look real but mail you a fake copy with a purple back. It overheats and will damage your system. Here is how to identify a fake DVD disc. Fake DVD disc does not has hologram and bar code printed on both side around the circle and the back is purple (Please enlarge pictures #2 for factory OEM disc detail)

 

***Buyer that has a defective Navigation Unit that requires cleaned and/or laser re-aligned.  This happens generally and 100% of the time the buyer complains, when he tests the disc in another vehicle, it always works fine.  If you get a "Disc Read Error", that is a problem with your Navigation Unit, requiring a cleaning and/or laser re-aligned.  "Disc Read Error" is NOT a problem with the Navigation Disc.  Navigation Discs DO NOT go bad, the units do.  As these vehicles and Navigation Units get older and older, this is becoming more of a problem. ***
