Important - Due to the nature of this natural material, variations in the grain and tone of the wood can occur. Engraving can appear darker or lighter from each piece which ensures you receive a one of a kind work of art.

Payment

Please ensure payment is made immediately on orders placed. Orders will not be processed until payment is cleared

Despatch

Orders are hand crafted and sent within 3 working days of receiving clear payment. If you need your item sooner, please contact me before purchasing to ensure i can meet your requirements

Postage

1st or 2nd class, please ensure you select your preferred postage option. Please note 1st class is 1-2 working days and 2nd class is 2-3 working days. If you need your item quicker, please ensure you have selected 1st class for your best chances of arrival in time. I am unable to guarantee delivery dates

Returns

Due to the nature of my items, i am unable to accept return or offer refunds unless an error is made by me. For damaged in transit items, please contact myself within 48hrs including photos of the damaged item and please include photos of the packaging so i can do the needed investigation with the relevant company(s)/people
