German "DRGM" Tinplate Toy, Clockwork Matchbox, Hand Scare Prank from Early 20thC. WORKING, but NO KEY - it winds up easily using a jewellers pair of pliers, and when running, pushes the bent metal rod up and down into palm of hand, to 'scare' someone!. Generally in Good + Condition. 

DRGM is apparently a kind of German 'Copyright', rather than a maker or manufacturer.
