GM OEM HVAC Vacuum Control Actuator for 03-14 Express Savana

New GM OEM Manual HVAC actuator module # 1573586. This actuator is labeled with # 52417462. This will not replace the module labeled 52479669. This was used in the Express and Savana from 2003-2014. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can't get much more OEM than that. Please email is with any questions.
