Free Shipping is available to addresses within the lower 48 states ONLY. Some of the item may cost a basic shipping fee.

Free shipping is included for all orders to be delivered within the lower 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses. PO Boxes and APO addresses must purchase the USPS Priority shipping option. 

We ship via USPS & FedEx, unless stated otherwise. 

We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the rare case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (USPS & FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Typically, USPS & FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection.If you have any questions please message us through eBay.

If you live in PR, AK, HI, US Protectionaries, or any address outside of the 48 US states- please use Priority Mail for shipping at checkout. Fedex Ground is limited to many of these delivery locations.  

For functionality, this item comes with a one year warranty from TRACKING from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist.

Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange (pending availability) or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.

We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 30 days, but will do our best to either repair your item or provide a comparable replacement.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, especially for returns and exchanges. We accept returns for 30 days following delivery. For items past 30 days, we do not accept returns.

We do not charge a restocking fee for items ordered in error or buyer’s remorse, however in those circumstances the buyer must pay for return shipping costs. When communicating with our team, they will provide you with a reference number for your return along with our return address.

If you want to return a purchase, the first step is to contact us by messaging our team via eBay messaging. If the return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid label through USPS or Fedex, which will include the reference number. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 business days. 

If you used a credit card on PayPal, the funds may take a few days to show up on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account on PayPal, the funds may be returned to your PayPal balance, and require your action. In the rare event that we do not have the full amount to cover the refund in our PayPal account at the time of processing, the funds will be pulled from our bank account, which this takes 4-5 days.
