This was part of a mother-of-the bride custom ensemble, but the jacket was spilled on, oops.  Mom usually wore a size 12 petite.  The skirt is so pretty and flouncy, sheer pink over a pink lining.  The color is a really true pink - think vintage lingere (not as purple as the photos), hopefully some gorgeous young woman can put a fun going outfit together with this.

The waist (measured side to side) is 17.5", and the length is 31.5".
