Jerome, circa 1900.  Please see photos for more details.  The paper covering the binding is mostly gone, so I would say the book is in fair condition.  A cute little antique book.  Chapters include:  On Vanity and Vanities, On Babies, On Cats and Dogs.  A name is handwritten on the second page of the book.
