We accept all payments through PayPal and credit card payments through PayPal – this ensures that your money is completely safe since PayPal only releases your payment to us once your item is delivered. Please refer to PayPal´s Protection Policies for further details.

We offer both Standard and Priority Shipping on all our items:

1. Economy Shipping – Delivered between 6 – 10 business days. Cost: FREE
2. Priority Shipping – Delivered between 3 – 4 business days. Cost: $6.99
3. We ship items out Monday through Friday via USPS only. USPS, as well as other carriers, are susceptible to bad weather conditions. In such cases, shipping will take longer.
4. It is possible in rare cases for USPS to lose packages in transit. USPS does not notify shippers in such cases of loss and it is unfortunately up to the buyers to let us know if they believe their item has been lost in transit.
5. Items will be sent to the address entered as the "ship to address" during checkout. If an address needs to be changed, please let us know immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it. "Ship to" addresses sent via PayPal or entered in order notes will not be honored at all.

All items can be returned – we will provide shipping labels. If the item is bought by accident or is returned after use, we will charge a 10% or higher restocking fee to cover shipping and/or damages. If the item is returned sealed, the restocking fee may be waived under extenuating circumstances. If an incorrect item is sent, we will completely cover the cost of replacement.
