- What is a refurbished device?
Our refurbished devices are second-hand and have received a make over from the inside out. This involves rigorous testing carried out by trained professionals to ensure that they're working flawlessly when they arrive with you. All our devices are supported by their manufacturers, meaning they'll keep receiving regular software and security updates. They're also refurbished using genuine manufacturer parts, and are not only up to 70% cheaper than buying new, but are also much better for the environment! By buying refurbished, you can save up to 62kg of CO2 vs buying a new phone, depending on the model. That's the equivalent of a flight from London to Amsterdam!
- How devices are tested?
All stock has been processed through our industry-leading 75 point inspection process. Through this process we conduct a full check to make sure your device is fully functional, testing things including the battery capacity, LCD/screen, Wi-Fi, call connectivity, home/power button, volume button.
- When will my order be dispatched?
All orders received before 1pm are shipped the same day (excluding bank holidays) - this means you won't have to wait long for your order!

- Warranty and Returns
All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team. Please note we work from Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm so please expect a delay on replies over the weekend. All devices come with a 12-month warranty (unless stated otherwise) that covers all technical malfunctions, including the camera. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, theft or normal wear and tear, including the battery.

Past the 30-day point of purchase, we will do our best to offer a repair or issue a fully functional replacement however this cannot be guaranteed. We will only issue a refund if we have no stock available or the device is deemed unrepairable.When returning the device, it must be in the same condition it was received and be returned with the accessories provided. Please ensure the device is free of any passcode or personal account such as iCloud, by restoring to factory settings. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any returns that do not comply with these conditions.
