Distressed appearance, appears to be factory made. Speckled appearance. Bell sleeves at wrists. Toggle closure. Braided details.

See photos for measurements and details. I'm thinking this is early Y2K era or newer based on the tags. Very soft suede leather type fabric. See content on tags in photos.  Pre-owned and may show signs of previous wear. I have not had this professionally cleaned, will leave it up to the new owner if they choose.
