Warranties

Sharpy instruments have a life time warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, Any product which proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced  free of charge. Sharpy guarantees against breakage, joint failure, and corrosion under normal use.

Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and use of the instrumentation beyond their limitations. It also excludes the improper usage of an instrument in a way that the particular instrument was designed and intended to be used. Moreover, instruments damaged in an abusive or accidental manner are also excluded by this warranty.

Delivery / Shipping:

Sharpy offer free delivery for orders over £50 to a single address in UK. This free service will not apply if multiple items are purchased and sent to multiple addresses. We also offer very nominal price to the rest of Europe and other origins for low cost post and packing is calculated based on your overall order this ensures you get our absolute best pricing on all our products. Orders placed prior to 3:00pm, we will usually ship on the same day.Items are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier service.

Delivery times

      ·        United Kingdom: We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order.

            **Most of our customers receive their products very next day by paying only standard postage charges.**

      ·        EU countries: We aim to dispatch item from within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 3-8 working days from the day you place your order

      ·        Other Delivery Locations: We aim to dispatch item within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 3-15 working days from the day you place your order.

Returns Policy:

•            All items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product.
•       Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing.
•       For all returned packages, full refund will be credited within 1 business days if the package in original packing.
•       For all returned packages with no quality problems, Sharpy will deduct the original shipping freight from full refund.
•       For all packages outside of 30 days return policy, only partial refund will be credited.
