We endeavour to ship all orders the same day when placed before 2pm (GMT) every Monday - Friday.

Royal Mail aim to deliver first class/24 orders within one working day and second class/48 orders within two working days.

All international orders are shipped by Deutsche Post (through DHL's Global Mail service) who cooperates with your country's postal services. The estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days within the EU, 5-9 working days to most other destinations worldwide with the exception of Australia, New Zealand and Russia being 6-12 working days

International customers: Please note that import duties and handling charges for these may occur and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We offer a no quibble returns/exchange policy within 60 days. As long as the item is unused, with labels and tags attached (if any), it can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. You will be responsible for return costs.

Please add a note inside the package stating your order number and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Customers outside the EU: On your customs declaration form, please mark it with "customer return". If not, the item might be returned to you by the postal service.
