The fabric density is very light and breathable. Lovely, soft feel. 

100% natural cotton, brilliant for warm weather, but also warm for layering, under a cardigan, jumper, jacket... 

Please see the photos - l would not call the fabric "sheer" - but the fabric will show if you are wearing something underneath or not (eg. bra or a tank top). I took the photos under different light, and with and without camera flash, to try to show the nature of the fabric. 

Recommended care: dry clean or cold hand wash. I am washing mine in washing machine, on cold, low spin, no issues, but as an Ebay shop seller, I can not formally recommend this. 

If you are not used to this kind of garment - a tip - stretch gently length-wise and sideways when wet, and you may not need to iron it. 

Also, please note that because this is hand-embroidered garment, it will not look as 'perfect' as machine embroidery.
