The gorgeous navy Coast dress has only been worn a couple of times so it has no unwanted stains or pulls in the material.

It fits over one shoulder, has a slanted hemline and the hem flares beautifully when worn. Fabulous for wearing to a wedding, graduation or garden party.

Flat it measures 13.5 inches across the waist but it has elastane in the material which is 98% cotton so has a little stretch.
