This is a wooden kit to to make your ownd 5" by 5" View Top Room Box. Kit includes parts for the box as well as plexiglass for the front and the top. I listed this as 1:48 scale, however, you could use it for other scales or to set 1:144 completed houses in to make a street scene. The kit was produced by Hanson's Cascade Miniatures and is in the original unopened package. These are discontinued. We have two available. From a private collection.
