If graded, I'd say this book is a 5.5/6.0 or around that range. Front cover has a few small spine ticks, light stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), slightly blunted corners, slight spine roll, light wear around edges, some very light areas of creasing/folding and some areas of scuffing and light staining. Back cover has spine ticks, 1/2 inch tear on bottom edge, wear around edges, including some other small teras along top edge, areas of creasing and folding (including a larger crease line in bottom left hand corner, some scuffing and light staining. Inside pages are complete/attached with pages having discoloration/tanning, some very light staining here and there and/or scuffing, some small corner folds and fold lines. Overall, presents very well! (If not for back cover issues I think this would be closer to a 7.0+).
