Buy It Now / Make An Offer: We do our best to price our items fairly at a market price based on recently sold prices. We want to give you a good deal and sell our items fast! You’re always welcome to submit an offer. We encourage you to HEART 3 / WATCH our items and follow us!
Shipping: We ship the next business day. The exception is if it’s a presale item (always noted in the ad) or the item is of unique non-standard size (for example, golf clubs, we reserve the right to take up to two business days). Our items come from Vermont, United States. We try to offer free shipping on items that are not heavy. We will charge a modest flat rate for some items based on what the competition is doing. We don’t make money on shipping but incur increased costs for heavy-duty shipping tape, thermal postage stickers, water-resistant poly mailers, etc. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS TO AK or HI; we recommend contacting us in advance for our customers here.

- We try to help the planet by reusing packing materials, but feel at ease that your items will arrive safe and secure!
- We welcome your questions, requests, etc., but please know we’re a two-person team (educator and school social worker), have two active in-life children, and average 30 eBay messages daily. We try our best to communicate each evening when life slows down. We prioritize listing and shipping fast!
- We do our best to use accurate photos. If our item has ended, you can use our photo(s). It saves us all the time! However, please be kind and do not use our pictures for active listings.
- *UPDATED* Sales are final. We do our best to list conditions as accurately as we can. Ask a question or expand the photo(s) when in doubt. You may know much more about the item than us, so you can ask for additional pictures if needed. We tried selling clothing with returns but ran into multiple buyers who told us they wanted to try it on and returned it for various reasons; the items ended up being relisted and sold to a happy customer. The reality is this is both costly and very inefficient. We can only offer returns for items if it is damaged or we have made a mistake. We encourage people who change their minds to list the item for sale; you can use our images/description! Become a seller, too! It’s a lot of fun and excitement!
