Dust jacket shows moderate wear and loss. Water damage most likely. No restoration. Front cover and spine mostly intact. Shelf appeal as such. Front flap has loss along crease. Back cover of jacket shows the most wear—two inch square section missing from upper portion of jacket along with a one inch by three inch section closer to spine.

Book has bright boards with gilt still present along spine. Light shelf wear visible clearest at the top of the front board corner. Mild foxing to page block, most prominent along page ends. Book plate and stamp from previous owner, otherwise a clean book.

Overall the jacket is fair + as it still retains second state jacket points and is intact. Book is good+.
