I am reasonably certain this top is vintage 90s, but I didn't list it that way because I can't verify that and prefer to err on the side of caution.
There are enough other colors in the peacock feather 'eyes' that you could match this top with many different outfits.
Although the polyester material is not stretchy in and of itself, the pleating in the body give it quite a bit of stretch. That's why it looks so good on my mannequin despite being about 5 sizes too big for her. It will look even better on the appropriate size woman.
The original owner had the purple pendant together with the top. I don't believe it came with the top, but it matches so perfectly I decided to keep them together. The pendant is hung on a black suede strip, but you could always move it to a chain if you prefer. I couldn't find out anything about the pendant and have no idea what it's made of. If you purchase it and it turns out to be valuable, please don't tell me!
