The cover is effectively detached; it is barely holding on to the back cover by the top staple. So I consider it off. The cover does have some gloss left however. There is also a small chip out of the lower left corner and a handful of stress lines along the spine. The centerfold is firmly attached, and the staples are clean and secure. The pages are light tan but remain pretty supple--no flaking or tearing when turned. There is a fair sized chip out of the upper right corner of the BACK cover, and a noticeable sun shadow/foxing around its border.

The book will be delivered in a boarded mylar sleeve between 2 sheets of cardboard for $5.90 by US Mail, with a tracking number.
