I created this cross by hand pollinating the respective parent flowers in 2017. Seed was collected from each scape, labeled and stratified for several weeks before planting. This is a clone from one of those seedlings.

This clone was propagated via crown, leaf, rhizome, or root division in May 2022. Growing in pH neutral Grodan Grow Cubes (rock wool) within a 2.63'' square by 3.5" deep plastic pot. Once per week, I flood my 1020 nursery trays until the pots are sitting in no more than 1/2” of distilled or rain water. Plants are growing under 5500-6500K white LED (12 HRS. DEC-FEB, 14 HRS. MAR-MAY/SEP-NOV, 16 HRS. JUN-AUG), where temperatures fluctuate between 63-72F (+/-3F) night and day, with ~60% RH during summer months and ~30% RH during winter months. Fed MaxSea Acid Plant Food 3-4x per year.

PLEASE READ:

I guarantee that your plant(s) are alive and well when they are shipped to you. I retain the right to cancel and only refund cancelled orders, and to delay shipping in the event of unforeseen circumstances or regional service disruptions for the safety of the plant(s). I’m unable to check minute or regional weather forecasts and/or crisis. Instead, I appreciate the buyer’s responsibility to either inform me in advance of shipping or to be prepared for the delivery of your order.

If you need a 72 hour heat pack, please request to purchase one from me. If you are purchasing multiple items, add them to your cart first, then check out and pay. Ebay will automatically combine your items into one shipment. Your plant(s) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3 days following payment. I do not accept returns, grant refunds, or provide exchanges of plants under any circumstances. All sales are final. It’s beyond my control what happens to your plant during shipping, upon delivery, unpacking, under your growing conditions and/or care.

I use the highest quality recycled packaging materials available to ensure your plant is packaged well for shipping. I take photographs of the plant prior, during, and after packaging to ensure its integrity before USPS takes possession of parcel. It’s extremely rare that the plant, and/or inner protective packaging, and/or outer shipping box are broken or damaged in transit. In the unfortunate event that it was damaged during transit or delivery, please bring it to the attention of your local USPS PO.

I recommend postponing any attempt towards repotting until after your new plant has acclimated to your own growing conditions; avoid disturbing the plant, growing media, pot, leaves, pitchers, and/or roots. Do not introduce any other foreign materials to the pot other than rainwater, RO, purified, distilled, and/or DI water. Some potting media that may have been dislodged during shipping is normal and not detrimental to the plant’s long term health.
