We are an animal rescue, who offset our expenses by operating this ebay store where 100% of our profits apply to our rescue effort.  No salaries are paid to anyone.

We understand that buying clothes online is not the same as buying in the store and offer a 30-day (for any reason) return policy, provided items are in their original condition and packaging. Pictures are as true to color as possible, but your screen may display differently.

We recommend choosing your best fitting outfit and compare the way we have measured our offering. If there is something we missed, feel free to ask for an extra measurement.

Clothing and material will be shipped in plastic to avoid the possibility that a delivery person smokes in their vehicle or the distribution center is in a polluted side of town. Please reserve judgment until after you unpack the item (away from the outer packaging)

Just as there is an expense in going to the clothing store and returning to the store if there is a problem, we hope that you understand that there is an expense in returning items to us. We will most likely have you open a return request through ebay, but check with us first and we will see if there is a better way.

If something gets damaged in shipping (yup it happens), we would appreciate your taking pictures of the damage, saving the damaged packaging, or refusing it upon delivery.  The bottom line is, we want to be sure you are happy supporting our rescue efforts and ask for you to contact us right away if something is not up to your expectations.
