OTC 925 Sterling Silver Teardrop Slide Pendant CZ on 16" Snake Chain Necklace

This teardrop shaped pendant is marked 925 Thailand OTC and features small clear stones. I'm assuming they are cubic zirconia. The pendant hangs on a 16 inch sterling silver snake chain marked 925 Italy. The necklace weighs 4.2 grams.
