Michael Shearer opened his first studio in 1976, relocated later to Laguna Niguel, CA, then in 1990 he moved with his family to Miranda, CA, USA and established a studio there where he creates his one-of-a-kind glass art pieces using the off-hand or free blown method.

Shearer's unique organic style embodies simplicity & elegance utilizing the illuminent & refractive qualities of glass.

His Blown Glass has been shown and purchased by galleries, museums and private collectors all over the world.
