If graded, I'd say this book is a 9.4/9.6 or better. Only noticeable flaws are some stress marks (very light creasing/wear on spine), very small "dings" in corners of spine, some very light wear around edges (front/back) and back cover has a couple of small spine ticks and some wear around bottom edge of cover (as well as both corners - see pics). Inside pages are clean/complete/attached.
