PSA-approved items may have white chips, scratches, dents, etc., even in the highest grade. It is also common to find foreign objects inside the case. Also, when the case is returned from PSA, it may already have scratches or fingerprints on it.
I will describe what I notice in the pictures and description, but I am sure there are things I may have overlooked.
