Vintage Large Clear Glass Ball Beaded Candlewick Bowl Trifle Dessert Bowl optical France.

This is a vintage large clear glass trifle / dessert bowl, with a optical light catching beaded candelwick rim, and a central beaded base foot. I think it was produced in France in the 1950’s.

It’s in very good vintage condition, free from cracks, staining or restoration, but does have a shallow smooth flake chip to the inner edge of the ground circular base foot, and and two small nicks to the inner rim edge, there are also few fine utensil scratches and storage rubs ware, and some pressing marks and tiny trapped air bubbles from production (see photos).

It stands at a height of 8.7cm and is 24cm across the rim.

A lovely bowl, that displays beautifully, with its optical ball beaded rim and size (see photos).
