You are buying a Uniden Bearcat BC 2500XLT Scanner 25 MHz - 1.3 GHz In Open Box Unused. This scanner seems to have never been used as everything is still in the original packaging inside the box. I did not test the scanner, so still selling as is. The box has some wear, but all the contents inside the box are in like new condition and still wrapped in their original packaging.
