Please note many monster high dolls have some substance in their hair that can get a bit sticky over time.

My best advice flexible this is to wash the hair and use the “baby powder “ method, which is putting baby powder in and combing the hair, this will absorb most of the sticky feeling and the hair will get better over time . The doll I’m selling you may have some of this affect in her hair and it’s just the way these dolls are. It is almost always fixable
