Side - Always refer to left or right as if you are looking at the car from behind. Left = driver's side of a typical North American market vehicle. Right = passenger's side. L or LH = left; R or RH = right; LF = left front; RF = right front, LR = left rear, RR = right rear.
Parts Grading. Some parts are graded automatically by our system according to mileage, age and/or damage.

I guarantee the part to be as listed. Please examine photos carefully and compare with your original part before buying. Mileage cannot be guaranteed, and may be estimated using an oil change sticker or vehicle history check.
*Warranty: If the part fails within the warranty period, I will replace it with a functionally equivalent part or issue a refund. Warranty does not cover labor or any other losses directly or indirectly related to the part. No refunds greater than the original purchase price. Upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. No warranty on items listed as a "core" or "for parts or not working". Modifications to the part, installation damage, improper installation, or use other than the manufacturer intended will void the warranty. If you have a problem with your purchase, please communicate the issue with as much detail as possible. Please include all vehicle details that may pertain to the part (VIN may also be needed).
User-replaceable light bulbs & fuses are not warrantied. Engines, transmissions, and other applicable mechanical parts require new oil/fluid and filters that are correct for the application. Gaskets, seals, belts, hoses, and thermostats are not warrantied and should be changed prior to installation. Low oil level or overheating voids warranty. Any accessories on engines are included for convenience only and are not warrantied. You may have to swap manifolds, sensors, injectors, wiring, water pumps, oil pans, etc.
*Returns: On many items, I accept returns as a courtesy to my customers. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, not used or altered in any way. No returns if installed, bolted on, or plugged in. Original and return shipping will not be refunded.
Please message me before returning an item or opening a return. Package well for safe transit, as refunds cannot be issued for returns that are damaged in return shipping. Please provide the tracking number of the return shipment.

Double check your "Ship To" Address when paying, as that is where I am required to ship your order; no change of address in a message or "note to seller". No PO Box unless the stated shipping method is USPS. Items ship via whatever service I deem most appropriate and cost efficient (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO - If purchase is blocked, message me and I will check on shipping to you. Items to these locations are usually shipped via USPS.
Outside the USA - Message me and I may be able to add the item to the Global Shipping Program.
If your order arrives damaged, please send me a message, including photos of the damaged item and box. Do not dispose of the packaging or ship the item back until requested. I can refund or replace the damaged item if you comply with the damage claim process.
Most items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. We are closed on Wednesdays, so orders placed on Tuesday evening or Wednesday might not ship until Thursday. The tracking number will be provided. If it has been more than a week and your order has not yet been delivered, please check the tracking, and message me if it looks like it might be delayed or lost.
