They are crafted from a high-quality vinyl and shipped with clear application tape and easy to follow instructions for application.

How to Order…

Firstly, please select the Size and Font Colour from the drop down menu.

Then at the checkout leave us a note with your “Personalisation” and 'Font Style' … For Example.  

 

           * Plain Flour - Font 4 

For multiple orders please use a comma - 

           * Pasta - Purple - Font 4, Flour - Yellow - Font 2

Please check your personalisation spelling and placing of capital letters. The personalisation section can be used to supply full details of what you require.

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect spelling or prints, unless we are at fault. If we are at fault this will be rectified.

CARE

This item is hand wash ONLY. High-quality permanent & waterproof vinyl is used, but to ensure the long life of your item please take extra care when cleaning around the lettering. It also not microwaveable.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS 

I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item. However, if a mistake is made in your personalisation, I will be happy to replace it at no cost.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping in the UK is via Royal Mail Second Class. You can upgrade to First Class at checkout should you wish. 

Outside the UK either Royal Mail or a suitable courier will deliver your items based on the weight and size of the individual package. All items are sent either tracked and signed or both where possible.
