Please note: We use a shipping tool that selects the shortest transit time from 3 carriers, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Most small items go USPS Priority, while most large items go FedEx. The listing only shows one carrier, UPS, as it does not let us reflect the above policy, but again, it may go any of the three carriers listed above. If you have a restriction on your address, and would like a specific shipping as a result, you must contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING! We will do our best to accommodate shipping requests, although we cannot always do so. If you place the order and then contact us after the fact, it is likely our automated system will process your shipment using the shipping tool, and once shipped we CANNOT make any changes. This includes rerouting, changing signature requirements or having packages held.

We are an authorized dealer for all products we sell, and we only sell new, US product, we DO NOT SELL GREY MARKET. All products carry full US manufacturer's warranty, for warranty specifics please see respective manufacturer's website. There are no exceptions to this, so do not message asking if this is US, has a US warranty, etc.; it is, it does.
