Custom Made 3D Printed Replacement Hasselblad CF 40mm, CF 50mm, CF 60mm and CF 80mm Lens Focusing Snap Ring Part A - All in One Focusing Snap Ring/Grip, Printed In Flexible TPU

The plastic focus rings for the Hasselblad CF 40mm, CF 50mm, CF 60mm and CF 80mm lenses often break (as did mine) so I have now custom designed three alternative replacement 3D printed Focusing Snap Rings (see last three images for the variations available):

Focusing Snap Ring Part A - an 'all in one' ring (plastic focusing snap ring and rubber grip in one printed part) printed in Flexible TPU for those who have lost the whole ring (both plastic ring and rubber grip parts) - our first design.

Focusing Snap Ring Part B - a focusing snap ring printed in hard/tough PLA+ without the rubber grip part, for those those ring has broken and you still have the rubber grip/band and can transfer it into the space made for it in our new ring - effectively just like the design of the original Hasselblad part - a hard plastic focusing snap ring with a soft rubber grip (from your lens) inserted.

Focusing Snap Ring Part B + Rubber Grip C - a focusing snap ring printed in hard/tough PLA+ (Part B) with a grip part printed in matt (rubber like) TPU (Part C), for those who have lost the whole ring (both plastic ring and rubber grip parts). This is a more complicated and expensive ring to produce and an alternative to the 'all in one' Part A TPU ring - effectively just like the design of the original Hasselblad part - a hard plastic snap focusing ring with a soft rubber grip (our own) inserted.

  Additional Information

It is printed in Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) with properties, including moderate flexibility, resistance to oil, grease, and abrasion - feels slightly soft to the hand, but not as soft as rubber. It is printed using the finest print settings (each takes 3 hours to print) however it may have small marks here and there from the 3D printing process as the printer layers the molten flexible TPU filament on to the printers bed surface, layer by layer, but these will not effect the functionality.

The physical size and grip knurling pattern structure are designed to imitate the original CF style, however note that 3D printing does not have the same level of close detail as can be obtained from a moulded part because of the layering of the filament, but it does enable short run custom parts without the set up and manufacturing costs. Each is printed new once ordered and is designed to be a tight positive fit - see feedback in the last images for recent buyers positive responses and image sent to me of fitted ring by one of the buyers.

UK Postage - Items are usually sent either Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' or 'Special Delivery' depending on size, weight and insurance value.

Worldwide Postage - Items are usually sent either Royal Mail  'International Tracked & Signed For' or UPS depending on size, weight and insurance value.

All items will be shipped within 3 working days. Shipping will be combined for multiple items, but please contact us for a combined shipping price if that is your intention as prices may still vary depending on the combined weight and insurance.

Note: We recycle packaging materials in an effort to save on environmental waste, but all items will be safely packaged and secure.
  Payment

All payments are managed by eBay. Please pay within 48 hours of completion of the auction. Non-payment after 3 days without contact will result in cancelation of the sale.

Note: Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for paying import charges on their purchased items, including taxes, duty and customs fees.

  Customer Returns Policy

Unless an item is classed as 'Spares or Repairs', items purchased within the UK can be returned within 14 days after the buyer receives it and must be returned in the exact same condition as when sent (buyer to pay for the return shipping fee unless the return is for an item deemed to be 'not as described'). Please contact us first to discuss any issues before returning items.
