Shipping Terms
• The item will be shipped Normal via Air Mail unless you need and pay extra for speed post service. Normally reach most of the countries(AU/USA/UK/CA)within 11 to 20 working days. But it always takes over 20 to 30 working days to Spain/Portugal/Malta/Belgium/ Sweden/Eastern Europe. etc. Please do NOT bid if you disagree with the shipping time.
• We will ship the item to Ebay registered address ONLY. Please make sure your shipping address is matched with your ebay's address before placing the order. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. A fee will be required to resend the item back out.
• We can Ship to Worldwide by the best way within 2-3 working days after the payment is cleared. except weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Chinese official holidays.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price
or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check
with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs
will be prior to bidding/buying.
Return policy:
• If you don't receive your product within 28 days, you should contact us anyways

• Due to our stringent sourcing and QC processes, the fault rate on products shipped out by is very low. However, sometimes faults develop which couldn't be detected before, and we will help you solve these problems to a level far beyond what you will receive from any other China-based seller.
• If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact us and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.
• Customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to our returns address in either Hong Kong or China as instructed by Customer Support.
• Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
