Pages 71, 72 patched on the edge. Covers are shelf and edge worn. Appears the previous owner inscription erased on the right front flyleaf. Author signed the recto of the frontispiece. Light scattered brown spotting to the contents. Majors was one of the founders of the Pony Express. He also helped with the construction of the Transcontinental Railroad.
