The book has yellowed pages and general overall wear on the front and back cover. There's a corner crease on the upper right side by the corner on the front cover. A slight water stain is visible at the top of the back cover. See photos.

Still, in very good condition, especially for a book of this kind and of its age. The cover is still glossy! Binding is tight. Maybe unread.

There's the chance I missed something but I always point out as many flaws or condition issues that I notice.
