Size reads EU 40 which is equivalent to a US 8.5 according to Rieker’s size chart. I’ve included a photo of the size chart.

Good preowned condition. Boots have typical preowned wear including creasing and markings. The toes on both boots have markings. The outer heels on the upper leather material both have a marking. All can be seen in photos.
