Dealing primarily with the guiding principles which pervade the modern constitution of England.  Intends to provide students with a manual which may impress these principles on their minds thus enabling them to study with benefit in Blackstone's Commentaries and other treatises of the like nature those topics which taken together make up the constitutional law of England. 

Brown boards with gilt titles to spine are in good/acceptable condition with bumps to corners and edges as well as soling as per photos.  Cover pages show some heavy foxing but internal pages are generally clean and unmarked save occasional smudges or pencil notes as per photos of pages 133, 228 and 241.
