This Bellafina Prelude 14" viola is in very nice condition and would be a great instrument for a student!

It comes with a case, bow, and rosin.

This item was tested by my daughter, who has played viola in college, and she found that it is in good working condition.

The body is in very good condition.  There are small imperfections in the varnish and some minor bruises in the top of the violin, but otherwise in great condition!The fingerboard and neck are solid, and there are no cracks.

For its size, the viola has a nice tone  and keeps its tune while being played.  It comes with used D'Addario Prelude strings.  The pegs work well. The viola also has 4 built-in fine tuners, which makes tuning very easy. 

The viola comes with a student bow in good usable condition and a sponge shoulder rest.  (When tightened correctly, the bow does have a bigger gap than I'm used to, but it still worked as intended when my daughter tried it.)

The hard case is in good used condition with moderate signs of use.  The inside looks great.  The zippers work well, but a couple have replacement pulls since the original pulls fell off.
